The one is Wolf's old Phenom and the other is a pretty new 775. It folds about twice as fast as the phenom. Do I need an octet-core or are these fine?

They both have 2GB of DDR2 and winXP32

Both machines are also running GPUs

Okay, what's a regular 6.23 client... lol ... if you add the smp flag, it runs the smp client

There is a bigadv wu for rigs with 8 or more cores ....

There is a 6.23 client which runs a single client ... with the smp flag, it runs the smp client. Although if you add a passkey to the configuration with the smp flag, the smp client will allow you to receive A3 wu's , that if turned in early enough, will give bonus points.
