A single 200 amp breaker for 5 units is way too small. Most homes have a single 200 amp service. I think I would have a conversation with the electrical inspector for the area.

It's a REALLY old trailer park, so it's that grandfather clause crap. However, unless memory serves me correctly, they MUST bring it up to current code for the area if they repair/replace anything.

All my rigs, and the entire building I am in was down for 2 days a week ago. So Cal Edison decided they wanted to put in "Smart Meters" Well, the contractor messed up big time and blew out all the panels to all 6 units. Nice. :shock: The video store was shut down as well, and the owner had a shit fit. When you lose $3k a day in income it's a big deal. Edison finally sent their own crew out and got it fixed.

Now, if we can only get that boat off the top of Josh's truck, we'll be fine. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Damn dude, that really sucks. They still haven 't been out to fix it yet, Apparently the "part"(Let's get it right, it's a big F'n breaker) hasn't been shipped yet. Anything to screw the pooch.....
